Aziza was a biblical figure who lived in the time of the Judges. She was the daughter of Jephthah, a judge of Israel, and the sister of Jephthah's son, Ibzan. Aziza is best known for her role in the story of Jephthah's vow. According to the Bible, Jephthah made a vow to God that if he was victorious in battle, he would sacrifice the first thing that came out of his house when he returned.
