Commentary
In 1 Peter 4, the apostle Peter continues to encourage the believers to live a life of holiness and godliness. He begins by reminding them that they have been called to suffer for the sake of Christ, and that they should not be surprised when they experience trials and tribulations. He then goes on to encourage them to use their suffering as an opportunity to glorify God, and to be patient and steadfast in their faith.
