About Exodus 36: The Construction of the Tabernacle

The Israelites build the tabernacle and its furnishings according to God's instructions.
Commentary
Exodus 36 is a chapter that speaks to the generosity of the Israelites in providing for the building of the tabernacle. The Lord had commanded Moses to have the people of Israel provide for the building of the tabernacle, and the people responded with great enthusiasm. They brought so much material that Moses had to tell them to stop bringing more. This speaks to the faithfulness of the Israelites in following the Lord's commands.
