Context: Galatians 4
16Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?
17They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them.
18But it is good to be zealously affected always in a good thing, and not only when I am present with you.
19My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
20I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice; for I stand in doubt of you.
About Galatians 4: Adoption as Sons

Paul contrasts the difference between slavery to the law and adoption as sons of God through faith in Jesus Christ. He encourages the Galatians to embrace their freedom in Christ.
Commentary
Galatians 4 is a powerful chapter that speaks to the importance of faith in the life of a believer. Paul is addressing the Galatians, who have been led astray by false teachers who are trying to convince them to follow the law of Moses. Paul is reminding them that they are no longer under the law, but are now under grace. He is reminding them that they are children of God, and that they have been adopted into His family.
