4The one lamb shalt thou offer in the morning, and the other lamb shalt thou offer at even;

About Numbers 28: The Offerings of the Israelites
God commands the Israelites to offer daily, weekly, and annual burnt offerings, grain offerings and peace offerings.
Commentary
In Numbers 28, the Lord instructs Moses to give instructions to the Israelites regarding the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual offerings that were to be made to the Lord. The daily offering was to be two lambs, one in the morning and one in the evening, with a grain offering and a drink offering. The weekly offering was to be two lambs, one on the Sabbath day and one on the day after the Sabbath, with a grain offering and a drink offering. The monthly offering was to be two bulls, one ram, and seven lambs, with a grain offering and a drink offering. The annual offering was to be two male goats, one ram, and seven lambs, with a grain offering and a drink offering.
