About Revelation 13: The Beast out of the Sea and the Beast out of the Earth

This beast is said to blaspheme God and to make war against the saints. The second beast is described as having two horns like a lamb, but it speaks like a dragon. This beast is said to cause people to worship the first beast and to make an image of it.
