Commentary
In 2 Chronicles 4, we see the construction of the temple of the Lord by King Solomon. The chapter begins with a description of the altar of bronze that was made for the temple. It was made from the bronze that was taken from the bronze sea that was in the court of the temple. The altar was made to be used for the burnt offerings and the sacrifices that were to be offered to the Lord.
