8But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.

10They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.

About Micah 3: Leaders Who Speak Falsehood

Micah accuses the leaders of Israel and Judah of speaking falsehood, prophesying for money, and leading the people astray.
Commentary
In Micah 3, the prophet Micah speaks out against the leaders of Israel, accusing them of corruption and injustice. He condemns their greed and their lack of concern for the people of Israel, and calls for them to repent and turn back to God. He warns that if they do not, they will be punished for their sins.
